   Saperavi is the first Georgian restaurant in the Canadian prairies. We offer a wide selection of authentic dishes inspired by our highly experienced chef. The cuisine is based on the culinary traditions of Georgia developed over centuries. Our goal is to introduce Canadians to the traditions of this incredible country and give them the opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere of Georgia.
 

    In addition to outstanding cuisine, archaeologists consider Georgia the "cradle" of winemaking. To complement the dishes, we offer a selection of Georgian wines (unique in the Prairies) and hope that you will enjoy your new gastronomic experience.
